Mr. S.V. Phene is a Chartered Accountant by qualification with over 25 years experience in handling Corporate Finance, Treasury, Tax and M&A activities in various capacities. Mr Phene's major work experience has been working with TATA group for about 20 years. Apart from strategic planning and CFO function for TATA's retail venture TRENT, Mr. Phene was directly responsible for all property acquisitions for all its retail formats and has in-depth understanding of retail real estate.
