Mr. Henrik Bartl is a Managing Director of Aareal Bank AG and responsible for the Real Estate Structured Finance Department. Within this business unit, the bank has three industry specific international teams of experts: a Retail Finance, a Logistics Finance and a Hotel Finance Team. Prior to joining Aareal Bank in 1998, Mr. Bartl spent five years with HVS International at their London and Vancouver Offices. He holds a BA degree from Cornell University School of Hotel Management and is a graduate from Centre International de Glion, Switzerland.
