Summary Biography
Frithjof co-founded ERIA Gayrimenkul in late 2006 to execute real estate development projects in Turkey. Currently, Eria is developing two projects in Turkey that are sponsored by funds managed by Pramerica Real Estate Investors, the real estate arm of Prudential Financial Inc.
Before, Frithjof co-established Fideltus Capital, a local real estate and corporate finance advisory firm. Before moving to Turkey, Frithjof worked for Rothschild and Credit Suisse First Boston advising major corporates and private equity firms on various large transactions.
Frithjof, a German national, holds a degree and PhD in law (Universities of Munich and Vienna).
