Since May 2006 Arne (1961) is managing director and co-owner of ACTEEUM Group, a privately owned real estate development and asset management group of companies, which works for professional investors in emerging markets. Its focus is on retail real estate projects in Turkey, Ukraine, Russia and Central and Eastern Europe.
From 1999-2004 Arne managed Ahold Real Estate Central Europe, developing 12 shopping centers. From 2004-2006 Arne was Sales Director for Multi Development. Arne is an urban geographer and holds a doctors degree on urban development and public private partnerships.
