He is a Director of Pramerica Real Estate Investors(PREI) and Head of Financing Europe.Based in Germany,Rüdiger is responsible for the debt financing operations of PREI Europe and he is a member of PREI´s global debt committee.He has extensive experience in investment,development and mezzanine financing,single country portfolio as well as cross-border(pan-european) facility structuring and in structuring of mortgage loans for investors guided by the principles of Sharia.Prior to joining PREI Rüdiger worked in several divisions of Investmentbanking and Corporate Finance.He graduated from the University of Applied Science in Rosenheim/Germany and Buckinghamshire University/England and holds a MBA degree of the Vienna University of Economics.
