Ongoing projects include larger urban and suburban residential communities, mixed use developments as extension to the urban fabric and urban regeneration projects. In some of these projects, Extensa has teamed up with other developers or with local authorities.
Geographically, Extensa now operates in Belgium, Luxemburg, Rumania, Slovakia and Turkey.
