Summary Biography
Selay is an investment manager at Benson Elliot Capital Management responsible for the Turkish market. Benson Elliot is one of the leading mid-market real estate private equity firms in Europe, with a total investment capacity of c. €2.0bn. Previously, Selay worked at ING Corporate Finance and led some of the most successful real estate transactions in Central and Eastern Europe and CIS countries. She began her career at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in Turkey and holds an MBA from INSEAD and BA in Economics from Bogazici University.
Founded by Marc Mogull in 2005, Benson Elliot invests in completed properties, as well as development projects, across Europe. All managed funds are fully discretionary.
