Summary Biography
Sinan Kurtoglu is the Chief Investment Officer of Krea and has joined the company in January 2007. Mr. Kurtoğlu started his professional life in 2000 in the derivatives department of Bear, Stearns & Co, where he has assumed various duties as a vice president in the trading division, ranging from structured derivatives to credit/interest rate hybrids products. In the summer of 2005, Mr. Kurtoğlu founded an enterprise primarily involved in real estate development and telecom in the CEE. Mr. Kurtoğlu graduated from Duke University, NC, with a double major in Mechanical Engineering and Economics. Mr Kurtoğlu oversees all origination activities and the management of BREF I’s non-retail assets.
