Summary Biography
Anthony Khoi is a French state licensed architect (DPLG). He holds an MBA from EM LYON, one of the leading French business schools, and has completed specialized studies in Marketing of Shopping Centers at ICSC (Canada). Between 1987 and 1995, he was the Project Coordinator for ESPACE EXPANSION (now UNIBAIL-RODAMCO) and the Director of Development Management for GRC DEVELOPER in France. Since 1995, he is founder and president of Cenor Group, a major international real estate company, with proven expertise in shopping centers. Since 2005, he is also the Managing Partner of Cefic Turkey, in partnership with Simon-Ivanhoe and Aerium.

Anthony KHOI holds an MBA from EM LYON, one of the leading French and European Business Schools. He is also a French state licensed Architect (DPLG).
He is currently ( 2009/2010) a participant in the prestigious, Advanced Management Program (AMP) of Harvard Business School as well as the Real Estate Program of Harvard Graduate School of Design.
Between 1987 and 1995, he was the Project Development Coordinator for UNIBAIL-RODAMCO one of the largest European shopping center development and investment corporation and the Director of Development Management for leading French shopping center developer GRC. He was also Director of Development at the renowned French architectural firm JNEC with Jean Nouvel.
Since 1995, Anthony Khoi is founder and president of Cenor Group, a full service European and Turkish real estate group with expertise in investment, development, asset, property and the design management of shopping centers and other commercial real estate. He is also the President of Cefic Turkey, leading company in shopping center leasing and management in Turkey, held in partnership with Simon-Ivanhoe and Aerium.

Investment and Asset Management: CENOR ASSET MANAGEMENT is the investment and asset management company of the Group. The company is a recognized expert in the acquisition and asset management of shopping centers, office buildings, mixed-use properties, and other commercial real estate. Funds represented by Cenor such as CENORINVEST, AERIUM and BAINBRIDGE, have invested over 8 billion Euros in the European and Turkish commercial real estate markets.
Development & Project Management: RETFUND DEVELOPMENT is the property development company of the Group in partnership with AERIUM. The company has expertise in the development of large-scale shopping centers and other commercial real estate. RETFUND manages all phases of land development or refurbishment or extension of existing properties from performing feasibility studies to construction management. Retfund has 7 Carrefour shopping centres with total Gross Construction Area of more than 600 000sqm under planning, extension and development in Europe and Turkey.
Property and Leasing Management: RETFUND MANAGEMENT is the property, facility, and leasing management company of the Group in partnership with AERIUM. The company is present in Europe and Turkey through its own subsidiaries and partnerships with local property managers. The company is a leader in providing superior property, facility, and leasing management services, and has expertise in managing large-scale shopping centers and other commercial properties. Retfund is present in Turkey in JV with Simon-Ivanhoe through Cefic Turkey, national leader in management of shopping centres having a team 100 specialists with 21 shopping centres under leasing and/or property management.
Concept & Design Management: IMTIS is the concept planning and design management company of the Group. The company’s key competencies include master planning, market studies, feasibility studies, concept development, evaluation, architecture and design management of shopping centers and other commercial real estate.
