Burhanettin Yurtseven is responsible for the Pramerica Office in Istanbul.
Before joining Pramerica in 2008, he was the Managing Director of the ST BAU Gayrimenkul Ltd. Sti., the Turkish company of the German ST BAU Holding GmbH. Mr. Yurtseven has 3 years experience in the Turkish Real Estate Market.
In his role as Managing Partner, he established the Turkish company and was responsible for the realization of Real Estate Developments in Turkey. One of his most important projects was the realization of the first Stand Alone Market Development of Media Markt in Turkey, located in Istanbul.
Previously Mr. Yurtseven worked for AMB Generali Immobilien GmbH in Cologne an MEAG MunichErgo Assetmanagement GmbH in Munich, where he was responsible for the Assetmanagement of several commercial real estate portfolios.
Mr. Yurtseven holds a degree in Real Estate Economics from the EUROPEAN BUSINESS SCHOOL in Östrich-Winkel
He is fluent in German, Turkish and English.
