Graduated from Yildiz Technical University Istanbul as a Civil Engineer in 1996, he received his MBA from University of Baltimore in 2000. He continued his career in USA as marketing manager. In 2002, Kizilsencer moved back to Turkey and became the Assistant General Manager of Soyak Yapi Inc. responsible for Marketing, Sales and Corporate Communication. In the meanwhile, he played an active role in establishment of IT Department in the company as well as implementation of ERP-CRM systems. Since 2007, he has been working in Zorlu Property Development and Investment Inc. as an Assistant General Manager responsible for Project Development and Marketing.
Full Biography
Aybars Kizilsencer was graduated from Yildiz Technical University Civil Engineering Department in 1996. In 1997, he worked at The Daily Record in the USA and continued his career at Alban Tractor-Caterpillar Dealer as a Marketing Specialist. Having completed an MBA program with specialization on Marketing at University of Baltimore in 2000, Aybars Kizilsencer was appointed as Technological Solutions Consultant in Gateway Inc. Aybars Kizilsencer continued his career in USA as marketing manager of CompUSA Inc. in 2001. In 2002, Kizilsencer moved back to Turkey and became the Assistant General Manager of Soyak Yapi Inc. responsible for Marketing, Sales and Corporate Communication.
Between 2002-2007 at Soyak Yapi Inc, Aybars Kizilsencer was the head of all Marketing & Sales operations for;
Soyak Yenişehir: 3000 Apartments.
Soyak Olympiakent: 3444 Apartments, 148 Villas.
Soyak Mavişehir: 1568 Apartments.
Soyak Evreka: 812 Apartments.
In the meanwhile, he played an active role in establishment of IT Department in the company as well as implementation of; ERP-CRM Technology systems, e-Marketing & Internet Sales, Call Center operations.
Since 2007, Aybars Kizilsencer has been working in Zorlu Property Development and Investment Inc. as an Assistant General Manager responsible of Project Development and Marketing for;
Zorlu Center: Mixed-use project, Five functions (Residences, Retail, Office, Hotel, Performing Arts Center), 620.000 sqm construction area.
Zorlu Levent: Office project at Istanbul CBD.
Zorlu Konak Residence: Residential project in Izmir.
Aybars Kizilsencer is currently a member of ULI, ICSC, GRI, GYODER, AMPD and AYD. He is married and the father of two children.
