Elif manages JLLH’s services in Turkey: advisory,financing,operator search,management contract negotiation,asset management,transaction,valuation and research. She is based in London but spends a significant amount of time in Turkey. Prior to joining JLLH,Elif was in charge of development and opening of the Swissôtel,Moscow. She led the coordination between owner,developer,designers,contractors,vendors,and management during construction,pre-opening and post-launch asset management and was the lead decision maker and most senior representative of the owner. Additionally,Elif’s past experience includes operations,consulting and valuations in the USA. She has a BA from Princeton University and Master’s Degree(MMH) from Cornell University.
